PE 자착필름은 클린룸 설비에서 생산되어 광학용 및 전자재료용으로 널리 사용되고 있으며 점착제 전이가 되지 않으며, fish eye 및 Gel의 수를 최소화 하였습니다. 기존의 EVA 자착필름은 VA함량에 따라서 온도, 경시에 따라 변화가 크나 이 제품은 Base 층과 동일한 PE+PP 메탈로센 수지 구성으로 경시변화의 최소화 및 안정적인 점착력 유지력을 발휘합니다. 일정 온도 및 습도의 클린룸 조건에서 작업하는 경우, EVA자착필름은 수분을 흡수하여 밀착도를 높여 점착력이 좋은 것처럼 보이나 건조 및 온도, 경시변화에 잔사오염을 발생시킬 수 있다는 단점이 있습니다. 본제품은 이와 같은 단점의 발생을 최소화하여 줍니다.

Moreover, Gel and fish eye’s quantity is as lower as possible. - Current EVA self-adhesive film is depending on the VA content, temperature and aging a big change. Base layer of this   product with the same PE+PP resin configuration changes in this environment is stable. - Constant temperature and humidity conditions when working in the cleanroom , EVA film absorbs water and increases   the adhere closely of adhesion appears to be good, however, Dry and the temperature and aging can cause pollution to   the residue.
